Sol & Son Dual Language Academy is a small school, and this is a small, plain-English privacy policy. It covers what information this website collects, how we use it, and how to reach us if you have a question or want something removed.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site — booking a tour, contacting us, joining the newsletter, asking about giving, or applying to work with us — we collect what you type in: typically your name, email, phone number, and anything you choose to share in a message field, which may include your child's age or grade. These forms are written for parents and guardians, and the information comes from you — never from your child.
Nothing on this site requires an account, and we don't ask for more than we need to respond to you.
Analytics and cookies
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from — and a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, which helps us know whether what we share on social media reaches families who actually visit the site. Both tools use cookies or similar identifiers and are operated by third parties under their own privacy policies. Analytics data doesn't tell us who you are; we only know your name if you fill out a form.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time — the site works fine without them.
How we use your information
We use what you share to reply to you, schedule and confirm tours, follow up about enrollment when you've asked us to, and send the newsletter if you signed up for it. That's the list.
We do not sell your information. We don't rent it or trade it, either.
Sharing
The only sharing that happens is with the service providers that keep this site running — our website platform, form and email tools, and the analytics services named above — and only as needed for them to do their jobs. We would disclose information if the law required it.
A website for parents
This site is directed at parents and guardians, not at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has submitted information here, email us and we'll delete it.
