Effective as of the launch of this website.
These terms are short on purpose. This is a small school's website, and using it shouldn't require a law degree.
What this site is (and isn't)
Everything here — program descriptions, schedules, calendars, tuition and fee figures, scholarship estimates — is provided for general information, and we work to keep it accurate and current. But a website isn't a contract. Details can change, and enrollment, tuition, and scholarship terms are set by the school's official documents and enrollment agreements, not by this site. Before making decisions, please confirm current details with the school office.
Forms
Submitting a form here — a tour request, a contact message, a newsletter signup — doesn't enroll your child and doesn't create an obligation on either side. It starts a conversation. Please submit accurate information, and only about yourself and your own family; our forms are meant for parents and guardians. How we handle what you share is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Donations
Sol & Son Dual Language Academy is a registered nonprofit, and gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. A receipt is provided for every gift. How giving works — amounts, sponsorship, and next steps — is described on our Give page. If anything about a gift ever looks wrong, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Our content
The Sol & Son name, logo, photographs, and written content belong to the school. Please don't republish or reuse them without permission — that matters most for the photographs, since many of them show our students.
Links to other sites
We link to third-party sites — for example, NCSEAA for the Opportunity Scholarship — for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or policies.
Liability, plainly
This site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate, secure, and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free, and to the extent the law allows, the school isn't liable for damages arising from your use of it.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. If we update them, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
